From Life Fitness® cardio equipment with individual video monitors to dedicated zones for stretching and weight training, fitness magazines to headphones, or energizing Phillips blue-light therapy and complimentary filtered water, our newly renovated 7,600 sq.ft. WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio is a place to energize your spirit and nourish your soul.
New Balance Gear Lending
Pack light and stay fit when you visit The Westin La Cantera Hill Country Resort. Westin has recently partnered with New Balance to provide athletic shoes and apparel during your stay for a small fee of $5.00 or 375 StarPoints®. Simply dial Service Express and request your shoe and clothing size and your workout apparel will be conveniently delivered to your guestroom. Shoes come with socks that are brand new and apparel is provided fresh and clean. Upon departure, simply leave the items in your room in their carryall.

RunWESTIN
Discover the La Cantera area with an invigorating run. Guests can choose from a self-guided three- or five-mile route winding around the resort's natural surroundings. Visit the Castle Rock Spa or Concierge Desk for your pocket-sized running map. RunWESTIN also provides fresh towels and cold bottled water upon return to the resort's entrance.
