Top honor for third consecutive year
SAN ANTONIO, TX - The results are in and the readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine have spoken. The Westin La Cantera Resort was again named to Condé Nast Traveler’s prestigious “Top 100 Golf Resorts” in the magazine’s June 2007 issue
The annual Condé Nast Traveler Top 100 Golf Resorts list puts The Westin La Cantera Resort in good company, with the likes of the Fairmont St. Andrews and Westin Turnberry in Scotland, as well as 18 top golf resorts in Hawaii. The Westin La Cantera Resort remains on this very prestigious list for the third consecutive year. Additional top honors for The Westin La Cantera Resort from Condé Nast Traveler include “Condé Nast Traveler’s Gold Lists of “The World’s Best Places to Stay”, “Top 50 North American Resorts” and “Condé Nast Traveler, Reader’s Choice Award for “Top 50 Resorts in the US.”
4,300 Condé Nast Traveler readers evaluated 339 golf resorts. The annual poll rated properties on course design, speed of play, Pro staff, accommodations, service, food and dining and facilities. The Westin La Cantera Resort is ranked 41st, up from 45th last year.
